We have reserved the right to reject the service or to sell the products on the website at any time without any intimation. Additionally, all the products or contents published by the website are sole and complete property of www.shastashopping.com . There is no third party involved in this website. After visiting the website, you are liable to accept all laws and regulations related to the website.
Terms of Payment
You will get various methods for payment on the website. However, you can also pay online through a debit card, upi or other payment methods. Cash on delivery is not available on personalized gifts.

All the information or details of products available on the website are accurate, reliable and correct. We do not provide any kind of fake or wrong information to the customers. However, website does not guarantee any product and you have to read all Terms of Use to avoid any dispute. For making any purchase from the website, you don’t need to provide personal information. You may provide first name, last name, country, contact number, email id, date & time for delivery details. Note: – Don’t worry about your details because we don’t provide these details to any third parties. We do not disclose or transfer or sell your information to other parties. Shipping Policy
It is a customized product and it takes 3 days to make it and the delivery time depends on your location, usually 3 to 7 days delivery time.
Refund Policy
As this is Personalized gift, there is no Cash Refund option. However, if customer got damaged product we will be taken back and refund will be made to Shastashopping Wallet. These credits can be used to buy Gifts in future from Shastashopping.
Order cancellation by customer
If your order is cancelled after making payment from your side, the amount will be credited after deducting 3% from your total order amount as a processing fee to your account within 7-10 working days.
We reserve the right to not refund your amount when you cancel your order after starting your work or your order is dispatched/delivered because it will be unusable for anyone. For order cancellation, please email us at shastashopping2022@gmail.com.
As our all products are personalized and ordered for any special occasion, we start your work within few hours of receiving your order.
Return Policy
No Return only Replacement if you recived a damaged product for replacement, you should watch the opening video of your parcel from the beginning till the end without any cuts. Damage should be visible in the video. Without video no replacement is possible..
